I’m the florist behind Bay Blooms, and I’ve worked with flowers for as long as I can remember.

Starting out at local flower markets and learning hands-on from a young age, what began as early morning bunches of chrysanthemums has grown into a career spanning more than 30 years, formal floristry training, and hundreds of weddings across Auckland and beyond.

Over the years, wedding floristry styles have continued to evolve, but what has always remained the same for me is the love of creating arrangements that feel unique to the people they’re designed for.

I personally source quality flowers from growers and markets to ensure they arrive fresh and in the best possible condition, and I take the time to work closely with each couple when it comes to choosing colours, flowers, and styling that truly fit the atmosphere they want to create.
